A seated exercise group for the older adult or those with limited movement that meets each Wednesday at 2:15pm for an hour of light exercise routines to improver your balance and general level of fitness and well-being.

On the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the class might move to a Thursday 

The group is very informal and ends with a cup of tea or coffee and a chat.

£5 per session but no need to book
